in form, matter, concept and execution. The kitchen epitomises this; one dish will never be the same as another. The chef, Omar, is a man with both curiosity and certainties, style and substance. He is undoubtedly a lover of flavour, however, and has conceived an original cuisine, practical and intelligent at the same time.

We believe that in every matter, action, choice, you need to pursue a goal. It’s not about making meals, but about what to make and why. We’ve brought ingredients, recipes and flavours that historically belong to haute cuisine to Maré to share them with everyone, to offer our alternative.

Today, our kitchen is open 15 hours a day without interruption, from the morning’s pancakes to the passatelli for lunch, and from the Patanegra ham of the aperitif and buffet to the amberjack at dinner. In short, flavour, all through the day.

For those who don’t want to stop at a croissant and cappuccino, we’ve produced a range of options, which starting this year will be made in the new corner before your eyes. From noon to 3.30 p.m.

So you can always satisfy your appetite. Our tapas are perfect for a mid-afternoon snack, accompanying an aperitif or for when you want an alternative to dinner.

At dinner we treat ourselves in giving you our all: research, experimentation and substance make up a menu that strives to make the most of our fish, the best on the market in every season, blending tradition and original pairings.
